So...who verifies wcoh and rcvg recaps? Oh, and what about Claims? Lots of errors happen in claims alone and no one has the slightest idea what goes on, because not even management cares to know.
What they don't see they don't care. If your claims is cleaned up it's because everything is being thrown away. They won't know until their next inventory when sh-- hits the fan when everyone will have BAD inventories especially cuz this will be their first full year without Audit team. By then they would have eliminated more long term associates and will start rehiring new people for these same positions at lower pay. This is their cruel intention.
They will be giving a lot of it when no one to bail then out
They won’t be able to handle receiving on busy days and when someone calls in.I was called in to help because overnight person was sick and manager couldn’t handle it.What are they going to do when we won’t be there to bail them out
