Good News! Looks like Sears Holdings is going to be releasing their 2017 Q3 numbers this week, and I'm sure they will be as horrible as most people are expecting they are going to be!!

HMM....Let me guess....We are disappointed in the results, but progress with the transformation continues. Surprised consumers didn't want to drive past better, modern, more convenient stores to shop our old, mismanaged, under inventoried, out dated stores. We will starve the stores of even more capital and lose even more revenue and then our problems will be solved. Unless the media or Amazon gets in the way of our genius plans......

IMO it will just be the usual BS. There's still some time left on the Sears side. Not much but some if you're one of the favored stores.
Perhaps they will have wrapped up the sale of the 140 properties recently released by the PBGC. There could be a short term surprise. You would think 140 properties could fetch more than the 400 million that is promised to the pension deficit. Maybe another cash infusion to keep the oxygen flowing for awhile longer.
But I'm sure there are going to announce some other things that will probably not make them look so great. They have to disclose everything at this point.
