Does anyone know what departments/union jobs will be cut next? Heard more cuts are coming by February? Does this new "pay by performance " Lance Fritz announced for February, a way of saying managers and employees will lose pay?

I see UP announced on its employee page that it WILL CUT off 100 signal employees, because positive train control nears completion this morning. What agreement jobs are next? Are they still cutting clerical jobs in Kansas City does anyone know?
Signal Dept to cut 100+ Jobs by end of January. Already in progress.
February pay by performance pertains to non agreement and change in job titles. As far as cuts, all I heard was that in 2018 supervisors and FG are on the black list for job cuts. Time will tell.
