$100 in cash would buy Qualcomm for sure. Getting to "$100" with a bunch of Broadcom stock is a huge risk because of the long time to deal close. This bull market can't run forever.
Nonsense. Qualcomm will not be acquired. Qualcomm will acquire NXP before Christmas. Everything will be fine. There will be no layoff only more hiring as Qualcomm leads world in technology innovation.
Even with $100 which news reported? And with replacing all Q board members?
