I finally got mine yesterday and they do come Fedex not regular mail .
Well, my market manager's assistant did get back to me . But she lies! They all lie!!!!!
My general mgr. told me it doesn't come until after you leave, which I feel is b---s---! My PTC received an email on Thursday stating that they were delayed in getting them out and we would get them through FedEx either Thursday or Friday. It is now Saturday and still no packet! Clearly my manager was bsing me. If it wasn't suppose to come until after we left, than why did the email state they were late in getting them out??? They lie!!!!!!!!!!
My mail just came and STILL nothing! Why couldn't they have just given it to us prior? I really don't want to have to play phone tag with PTC at my club or the market manager's assistant (still waiting for her to return my phone call from a year ago!).
