Now that the Aetna deal is done-- 69 billion

Front store was 22 percent of the overall business -- now we are reduced to under 10 percent!!

It’s all true what you’re hearing and it’s also at https://thesharecopy.com/2017/12/04/cvs-health-terminations-layoffs/ with proof and other sites as well

Merry Xmas larry - customers know how bad CVS is to employees and discuss it on various blogs on a regular basis. Good luck to all at CVS.

Hi @1tba - your statement is so true: "Smart consumers know this and stock prices have been reflecting it for several years" - I see this every day. However, some consumers are not that 'smart' so it sometimes works.

@who's got heart...people who dont work for CVS probably think we are just disgrunted employees...lol

I have not seen one thing on any of these message boards that Is false.

...back to work to get my one quick pick registered for the day

....never ends

Where you plant your needs is where your garden grows! CVS obviously needs more money, but in the end money is worthless! Family and friends is what’s important to me. I work for CVS now but will move on to a company who’s actions reflect their “core values”. Offer Help and walk customers to items is a farce. When I offer help to a customer I really will help them because I want to help them. I have integrity! CVS Health is not really helping anyone. Smart consumers know this and stock prices have been reflecting it for several years! Wake up before it’s too late!!

@merry Xmas Larry, first I couldn't help but laugh at the name. Second, you're so right. It'll be all fs fault and not walking to item or leading with heart.

People I hate to say this but for FS people from what I am hearing it’s gonna be even worse. Higher expectations, less hours and more stress. If you think they care about you they don’t. You are a number and if you are long term they want you to quit to save them a severance package.

Don't worry, they will come up with some metric showing the % drop is because stores were not walking enough people to items.

And all the levels of soldiers will carry out their orders...more conference calls to intimidate store crews. Just think of the results if store teams liked coming to work.
