Cannot believe it. we unanimously gave this particular comment feedback and what the a--hole up there tell us is total opposite. Either that person in a highly paid managerial position has comprehension level of an ape or is a total liar. We will never know until we see the actual report!

Tell Dell is anonymous. It is just not anonymous when you only have 5-6 permanents reporting to you, plus the tens of contracts that makes the manager position seems valid but without freedom of voice. It is not that hard to know who doesn't like you as a boss. Dell promotes based on relationship. never anything else.
We have a manager in BDC storage who got a Tell Dell score of 20 two years ago. Last year the two crook of the directors manipulated her Tell Dell score by making a lot of yeah Sayers and college grads to report to her and nudging the naysayers to quit the company. Despite the horrendous efforts she got score of only 70. Guess what, this year these criminal directors promoted her as a senior manager because she is the wife of the directors best friend.
Anyone who believes that Tell Dell is really anonymous needs to stop smoking what ever they are currently puffing on.
how bad is the score? below 50? This director has been getting consistently in the 60s and is on a shortcut to VPhood. press (x) to doubt.
Don't underestimate Tell Dell. my manager was fired in October because of bad tell Dell scores.
Tell Dell is not anonymous. Be careful what you put there.. We had our manger and director pissed and they ended up finding out who wrote the feedback. Next thing they were fired. I could not believe this until my manager called me on phone and asked me if i wrote few of them.
We're still waiting for our team's survey results from our manager - so far...nothing.
No wonder that so many people don't bother completing the surveys - it's all BS.
