The severance is 3 weeks if you've been there 1 to 3 years. If you've been there longer than 3 years then it's 1 week for every year. If you're still working after Dec 1st, then you won't be getting severance.

How many weeks pay is the severance pay?
You definitely need to get with your Club manager and PTC they received an email with the specifics about all this . They were supposed to gain you out of the system on December 1st and mark the termination code as “Lack of Work “ . Get with someone ASAP !!

What does gained out mean ?
Your 12 weeks leads up to Dec 1st. But in order to receive severance you were supposed to be gained out. You need to immediately get with your gm or higher up. They need to get you your package ASAP.
Ok I have not gotten my package, and my hours are of course cut.. when did the 12 weeks start? We were supposed to get the package by the 1st and it is now the 5th... I am afraid that they are cutting my hours to lower my severance.. help...
Was just delivered by FedEx. I just love how it says that you are encouraged to review it with an attorney and it may take up to 3 pay periods to process the severance payment. I knew there was going to be some sort of surprise. Luckily I had three weeks PTO paid out, guess I'll live on that.

I received mine by fedex on Friday. You need to have your gym call if you haven’t received yours. They all should have tracking numbers.
