If they didn't do it this year it will be next year. We all know service managers are being trained like ASM's so they don't need a high bonus salary doing nothing but dictating. Congrats you survived another year in this POS company..

I was an ex asm. It's true following the Jan 28th deadline. Sales ASM will be cut
There will be packages but they will be given out by the Market Director instead of the mail system.. We all know cuts are going to continue.
