What qcom is doing called offshoring. Not geoshifting.
It’s not offshoring it’s “geoshifting” ... you need to keep up if you want to sit at the grown up table.
Sure, big companies will shut down office in US and open office in India or China.
Well, of it happens, lots of pour folks will turn back to their countries and take their local jobs there with them. Look at qcom offshoring. It keeps rolling full speed and s--- a regulation will only speed this up:(
