OPTUM Rx employee cards

I see where we have changed our medication pharmacy from Walgreens/Prime mail to OPTUM. Has anyone received their Rx cards? Received a letter in mail a few days ago announcing this but no card yet.

@R1ESVHt Just received my card in the mail today. Went to my local pharmacy, they entered the new card information, and I'm all set. No hassle. No change with Optum Rx. Business as usual.

We ALL know what's coming. I for one am good on the daily/hourly reminders. Let me guess, you are going to rudely point out someone's credit card debt or car loan. Who are you to judge? It must be lonely up there on your high horse. I'm glad you are so perfect, now leave the rest of us alone.

@mqo Better to know the negative is coming than to plug your ears and pretend to think everything is okay.

@dva - Nobody else wants to hear you constantly be negative. Misery does not need company, so keep your bad attitude to yourself. Everyone around you will be much happier regardless of what comes.

If you need a prescription filled, you can have the pharmacy call Optum Rx for the member number/plan that appears on the card.

If the pharmacy is Optum itself, for mailed prescriptions, they will have the information.

This might be worth a try tomorrow - OptumRX's phone number is 1-800-788-4863. Try asking if they can look up your account info for you to write down until you get the card in the mail.
