It's finally official, Golden Shore Medical Group has taken over California clinics. Anybody knows if more layoffs will follow this change or if the son will work according to his father's principles?

I was at Molina Healthcare for years and I now work at Golden Shore Medical. I couldn’t be happier to be working for Dr. Molina’s new venture. There is excitement in the air and optimism running through everything we do.
He will run those in the ground shortly like he did his dad’s Company. Interesting he’s not partnering with his buffoon brother.
Doesn't matter. Dr M has his own investors now. City Block Healthcare investment.
Anyone know how much he paid for them?
