I hear a big cull is due in June especially for Ops and the rest will follow. Too many layers they will be looking to thin things out! Watch this space.

What do we know about the org review ?

I hope they will lean out the 22-24s who are just in meetings all day in Perth and never go Barrow or Onslow.

But, like the 2014-2016 layoffs I fear that they will just attack the 17-21 band - softer targets.

Hear there is going to be a big organisational review. All the fat and unnecessary middle management who have built empires in the last 5 years will be leaned out. Watch this space - there will be a blood bath I think.

4yug - Dividends aside he and his team turned out the worst projects in the history of the oil & Gas world. He was meant to be able to walk and chew gum.

4bcn I am very butthurt , like you and would love a golden "showerer" from a pathetic little fruit like you. Also, I have a great job with bennies, and would love to be more butthurt, but a little girl like you wouldn't know how to do that. You're obsessed with a trickle down that you will never receive unless you mean semen inside your little diaper wearing butt, you liberal snoflake fruit.

Chevron’s stock is likely to go a lot higher. The huge tax relief by the feds will go directly into stock buy backs this year, and for the foreseeable future until oil/gas inventories significantly drop. Great for investors, but not so great for those who expect big increases in cap spend and jobs. If you’re butthurt the only trickle down will be a golden shadower.

Watson Achieved his goal admirably ... he through people and assists off the ship to hold the dividend payment constant during a major commodity downturn, and he will likely be nicely rewarded as he cashes out his chips at what with likely be a max stock evaluation for Chevron next mouth ($136\share). If anyone questioned that Watson worked for short-term shareholder gain (and only secondarily for employees and long-term corporate strength) you should wake up. That’s what CEOs are incentified to do here in American.

Leaders that don't know what they're doing. You mean like John Watson and the rest of senior management. I agree.

Its a horrible environment . More layoffs expected. AMBU never made any money and still have leaders that don't know what they are doing.
