EISP,. EISP,. EISP. they come out so you are off the books by the end of the year.

So I will wait each year until one comes.

And I can wait

Verizon is making the EISPs very complicted .... intentionally. But fortunately I can simplify it for you.

The New Year EISP is being presented in the mid-year of the subsequent year.

The subsequent year EISP is being presented in the new year subsequent to the prior year before the subsequent new year

And from here forward all October EISPs will come in May.

All May EISPs will come in October.

Except for odd numbers years. In odd number years in which case the inverse will always be applied to everything above.

I hope that helps.

I was ready to retire 5 years ago but I will work until I'm 80 before I do this company any favors and leave without them paying me to. NO WAY, PAY ME OR KEEP ME, HAHAHA

It would be nice if this board allowed for a sticky that said “No one posting here actually knows when the next EISP will be offered” even Mr. “It’s a lock” doesn’t know.

If you’re so unhappy, leave! Sitting around waiting for what amounts to a little over a year’s pay, if you’re lucky enough to be accepted, is just prolonging your torture. If you’re retirement age and you need the EISP to retire, you should rethink retirement. If you’re just looking to leave, you should be looking for a job, not asking questions on an anonymous board that no here one knows the answer to. And if you are in the last category, the worst in my opinion, the one that has the opinion that the company has to pay me to leave, well, your problems are bigger than this board can handle.
