Another associate walked into the office today, and overheard the store manager and assistant manager talking about how the Terminix guy came in and pulled all the traps today. They were also discussing the fact that propane cage for the floor burnisher and forklift were also removed earlier this week.
I'm guessing we're getting a closing notice tomorrow? We're in Ohio
As stated - Terminix contract ended (nationally) 12/31. Terminix is picking up traps in all locations this week as they cost about $200-$300 each. Orkin will be SHC pest control provider going forward. Info support was sent.
Even longer ago Ferrel gas (propane) contract was ended with SHC. They were to come and pick up tanks/cages. Stores now use p-card to buy propane locally.
Back to Orkin, email sent this week. Propane is going to local vendors.
Correct. We switched back to Orkin as our national vendor for pest control.

I closed a store recently. Our propane tank was the last thing to go. Maybe a vendor change. Or maybe you need to buy locally.
It came out weeks ago that we are going back to Orkin for our pest removal needs.
You have a floor burnisher? Wow. Our 90,000 square foot store only has a mop and broom.
