Like I've been telling this forumn. Everyone who is a US based American employee at HON; you will be RIFd and outsourced at some point. There is no avoiding it. HON is NOT going to be in the business of employing it's own workforce; every employee will be a 3rd party contractor so that Dairyass can REALLY get rich. Only in DCs wet dreams could this happen.

Our group marketed printers and scanners. Based in Washington State. Only those of us lucky enough to be in the US were rif’d.
They are outsourcing everything in USA. Just keep watching.
I think they are worried Trump will put the brakes on this like he said and they are going to do as much as quickly as they can. This isn’t a Trump cause or problem- this started long before he took office.

I dont disagree with marketing being rifed and shaken up. As a company, Honeywell has the worst marketing team that ever existed.
Example,
There was a marketing "leader" in Homes that marketed the next Gen therm at a low end restaurant chain with the initials D&B's. Could you imagine? Really, fortune 100??? Excuse me sir....the drunk guy by the video game.....interested in a J* thermostat?
