Wow! So now the district leader is expected to take care of front store and pharmacy with only 10-20 hours of admin help?

That makes zero sense! Who is making these decisions?

Bye bye district Admins. Mine was let go effective immediately. She served 15 years with cvs. The admin position is being eliminated/reduced in districts nationwide. districts that are able go keep a admin will only get 10-20 hours of admin work, then they will be expected to work in the stores pharmacys or doing planos or cashiering to make up the rest of their hours.

Unfortunate that a Company, the size of CVS, never followed Stephen Covey's "Principle-Centered Leadership. The Company could have thrived amid tremendous change in the healthcare business, now look what they are relegated to!

CVS could have had a culture characterized by change, flexibility, and continuous improvement and still have maintained a sense of stability, and security.

Too many Companies are going down the same road, and it is not necessary, but they are looking for the "almighty dollar".

CVS is not focused on front store sales, they are focusing on Rx only. This is my opinion is a huge

Mistake as they are missing opportunities to capitalize on merchandise that carries a healthy

Margin. I was a store manager for this company for over 20 years and was very successful until

stopped focusing on sales and put more emphasis on expenses by cutting front store hours

To beyond ridiculous. CVS store managers are no longer managing the business, they are key

Holders and grunts that work 70+ hours a week throwing up trucks, ringing register, cleaning

Restrooms, price changes, signing and so much more than I can tell you. The amazing thing is

They never recognized the talent they had in the store managers. Managers that can help this

Company be successful in the front store. I am glad I left at this point, I have a great Job making

Another company successful utilizing the management skills I learned while CVS still respected

The position of store manager.
