share how they described our old job???

Audit team did a lot more than just fix inventories. They also stocked merchandise that was not out for sale, not to mention merchandise that wasn't even out for sale because CIM is a joke. If it wasn't on CIM they just could not find. By doing stop audits on theft categories every week, we were able to go back look at video and catch the people stealing from us. We would then get with In store loss prevention who would then be on the look out for these people. This is how apprehensions were done, which helped us control shrink. Try counting clothing and basics and see how much fun all those rewraps are. Every category counted had to be straightened, stocked and sales floor and steel pallets fixed. I now pretend not to know anything so they won't ask me to clean up after everybody..
This thread is funny. The only thing audit did was correct inventory. Making sure clubs had what clubs actually had. How is a audit saving any money? It's not. Just finding the issues after it gets stolen or something.

We missing so much merchandise we are now going back to 100% transfer the only thing we’re doing is pissing off members. The home office can’t make up their minds sad that we have to deal with their screwups.
Saved the company billions of dollars in errors caught in time to have them fixed instead of being wrote out at inventory.
Wait until this years inventories roll around and see how good of an idea it was.

You counted stuff... CO'ed some stuff and fixed Receiving issues. And helped in fresh during holidays
I printed all my job descriptions a few weeks ago and I couldn't find the audit ones anymore.
R6eEML1. before i left i printed a copy of the job description, c-o TL, but if you are in touch with anyone still there possible that description may still be in the system. it could be worth the money to get it done professionally.
