Good luck to you poor souls who are left, we were all overworked, now the remainder will be moreso...until they find some sloppy Joe 1099 workers who don't care because they make $15 an hour to replace you.
Plan is MTM will lead technology in store and work with 3rd party vendor.

Already restructured and have been laying off for the last 2 years.
Possibly with more store closures mst might be replaced by 3rd party vendors.
No ones job is really safe at Macy’s anymore, mst axed me a few years ago but I got a package
The remaining people are just overworked, making up for techs that were laid off and are on egg shells wondering if they will have a job after 20 years similar to the stores.
More store closures equals more layoffs, it was ok while it lasted.
