Open TL spot at local club. Had an interview but was told (after interview) to hold off due to a hiring freeze. It is that time of years where hours are cut and the fiscal year is ending so I cannot say I am surprised. Changes always come in February so anxious to hear what is coming up.

A lot of cm are trying not to fill position that could be eliminated and let as many open positions as possible just Incase of others being layoff or at least at my club
Our club just filled a lead spot, same with the nearest club because it was given to a good friend of mine.
CMs know very little more than we do, so they're holding off to absorb the loss of positions.
This is normal for any year in January.
