When will the store managers find out the ASM he or she is loosing? If it's the Service ASM in every store that will be cut, the SM could swap ASM's to put the ASM he does not wanna keep as the Service ASM to be cut... just a thought
Market Director will come to store meet with ASM hand out packages. Done deal.
What if all the ASM's are in the same range... Who chooses the ASM to cut? SM or MD
