We all know what is coming down eliminating positions, hours cut etc.... this is what retail is unstable. Who knows what’s going to happen maybe your one of the lucky ones with a severance, and can now move on to bigger and better things. You could be the one who now has to pick up the slack once your gone NOW who’s the lucky one! We all know that once those positions are eliminated they are not, these areas are picked up by others in the club. Example the associates are gone but not the positions, audits are still being done by other overworked stressed leads. Accounting yes getting done but stressed accounting with only 4 hours to finish the machines job!

Audits getting done? We have items dropping into the negatives all the time and no one ever notices. It's all falling apart because there's no accountability and not enough good associates left.
I guarantee for a fact audits are done half a-- by anyone who does them. They don't care and neither does home office. The same will happen with all other positions eliminated and given to others.
They are trying to get people to quit especially long term partners who are completely checked out and don't care anymore. Gook luck to those of us who are left behind.
