Hard to say if they will transition the Marketing TL into another position. Depending on the club, it could use another lead on the front-end that supervises Membership, Club Pickup and Tobacco (since in new and remolded clubs they are all next to each other). Since the position has not been filled in my club in 3 months, it clear that everyone in the club thinks it is going away. Time will tell.
