Soooooooo... what would an episode of Undercover Boss with Larry look like? Helena would probably become CEO because he would quit after the first couponer he rings up!

I say we expose the **** out of CVS. Hate working for this selfish company that takes advantage of our hard work.
Doubt he would ever do it. It would be a lot of bad PR on cvs part, but we can only hope. The amount of work they make us do is completely redicoulus, as well as shrinking our hours for staff every damn year.
I would love to see all these comments and concerns hit Wall Street. Wonder why there were no news of the restructures on the news!! If only this page was shared on a news outlet.

Picturing Larry Merlo sign and understand a C.A.R just made my day. That would be some funny sh--. Or making him the the 50 totes of otc truck, expecting him to get that done in the 6 hours that we have to. Guy has no clue.
Doesn't it look DUMB when you see customers, on their "road to better health" having to life up the signs, so that they can find some OTC medicine for their sick children?
I'm sooo sick of ad signs , a day and a half to do 6k signs and we threw 20% in the trash -- and the first customer Sunday morning wants 2 buggies of arm and hammer and 16 Scott tp and 16 Scott pt . And the second and third want about the same ... and the forth wants 48 dt Dr Pepper and wants me to double bag each one ... I think I'll change my limit to 1 of each instead of 4

Day ... we send back 2 coupon bags a week.. slammed full that's why I haven't had time to do overstock or outdates - and sure don't have time to do my store health review next week
If you think he knows what is going on at checkout you are dreaming. Guarantee he spends less than $200 a quarter in the front. Out of touch!
Especially when the store manager makes him sign the c.a.r. report for all the coupons that he overrode because they were not inputted properly at corporate.
Sadly Larry knows exactly what's going on and he doesn't give a rat's a--.
