You can’t look at Overall number in roster. Look at member equivalent. Your coworkers getting members may have a higher number of monitored than you do.

HCM RN here. I've got a few new members in the past month. My roster is low. I am having to do help calls for other team mates to get call in most days. Who knows what the plan is.

HCM RN here only getting a few new members here and there. Was scrambling last week for calls on Friday. Today same thing, Termed members on roster, members in hospital and calls 2-5 days out. Reading the writing on the wall.

I hate to see you all worry so much. PHC here, we had same experiences. I got little new members & did not get let go (then). My MPS was in good shape & I was happy because we are all just a number right? Some got new ones some didn’t, don’t read too much into it. Good luck!

I’ve gotten some here and there too. A lot coming back from LTIH because no nurses. I hesitate to even refer to LTIH at this point

I'm the same as you below poster. I haven't received any since before Christmas but teammates with much higher numbers than me get new ones every day. To the point they are overwhelmed. I'm barely making 5 contacts a day from my own roster because I simply don't have enough people to call and my MPS is at 90%. So I spend half my day trying to help them out and worrying if this is the writing on the wall for me. I can't see any other logical reason for this, other than I'm one of the ones being RIF'd.

HCMRN here. I have not received any new or reassigned members in a couple weeks, yet other teammates have received several and their rosters are much higher than mine. I can only be left to assume they have certain rosters blocked and am left feeling that I won’t be here much longer...Why else would some teammates gets several new members and others are getting none when their rosters are higher than the people not getting new members.

Getting a lot of reassigned members here, few new members

We were told PHC members with open HCMSS tasks were being moved to an RN until the task could be resolved, giving the member time to get help from the HCMSS before moving to monitored.

Having members reassigned to you has nothing to do with whether or not you’re being impacted. PHC here that’s been through every round of this and each time it happened ppl that ended up being laid off got new members.

I hadn't gotten any new members for the last couple of weeks, I thought it was because I was chosen to be laid off. Then, I got one on Friday reassigned from a PHC. I don't know what to think. Humana's gonna keep me guessing until the end.

I haven't gotten any, but I know other people on my team have talked a lot about getting several. I've wondered if that was on purpose? If that means I'm one of the ones being let go and that's why I'm not getting new members at all?

Yes I am a HCM-RN and I have had several new members within the last week and also transfers from PHC's a total of 15+ added to my roster. which is strange because I am expecting to be one of the people they let go yet one of my team members has not got any. I was wondering if it is because I have a higher numbered of monitored members. I really dont think they know who is going and who is staying as far as roster assignment at this point they are just putting mbrs with whomever.
