So who are these 2200 people that are not getting a stock bonus that are above director level??? Wtf are these 2200 people doing and what are we paying them???? Seems like getting rid of some of these people would free.up lots of money fast, instead of getting rid of front line people and/or raising quotas so high that we make no money

I thought the same thing. How much work can these people be doing, and what type of work is it. Why not cut some of this fat off the bone, and while you're at it, why the hell we have so many district managers? I worked at a big box store previously, our DM covered almost a whole state, not 4 or 5 stores.
More directors, executive directors, vice presidents, executive vice presidents, market presidents, old area presidents they give "special assignments" instead of RIFing them. This place is pure bloat!
