Too many chefs and not enough cooks. So many layers of waste and redundancy .
I know a director in Europe that does nothing but stakeholder management. He has no real experience, talent in his trade, ability to be a good teammate but somehow is thought of as a high talent back in Beaverton. Seems like cutting a few of these types loose would be ok.

To many directors and senior directors adding no value. They have no leadership skills and just do presentations. Many good people leaving.
Major cuts planned! They are flying in HR execs from Portland to manage this.
