One of the nurses I work with wanted to get the email, and she did not, so trading with someone was not an option.
I wish they would have considered voluntary layoffs so those hoping for one could trade with someone impacted. I didn’t get the email, audit score avg 97, metric 9.4. Performance does matter, if not to them, to me & my members. I don’t like the way they’ve conducted this but it is a business and I’m not surprised by some off the layoffs with such horrible attitudes! At the very least stop b--ching about not getting one when other people are trying to figure out how they’ll pay their mortgage!
If only all of you wishing you would have received the email could switch places with those of us who love our jobs and got the email. If only Humana could track those who constantly bash the company as opposed to those who like working here. Voluntary layoffs would have been ideal!
If a HCM-RN was off today, would that delay getting the email?
Hcmss minimum call audit score was 94. We could not get lower.....ridiculous.

The emails you are getting are they coming to your work email and what does it say and I am sorry you have to go thru this
I think I got mine: I was 1 of 3 on the team that was optional to attend the moved to the afternoon team meeting

I haven’t got one yet. I hope I do. I don’t want to be in this place any longer. My average call audit was in the 90’s as well
It wasn't based on audit scores. Mine were in the mid 90's and I got an email.
Did it go off of audit scores?

All i can say is, it's their loss. My mbrs. Were well taken care of. My audit scores weren't where they needed to be, in mid 80's.
