This has been a rough 2 days. The waiting has really kicked in my anxiety. I am having a hard time concentrating. Productivity is suffering. I hope tomorrow will bring some relief.

RIF= reduction in workforce. When we call our members, our calls are recorded and then later graded essentially. What area of Humana are you in
I don't mean to sound stupid but what are RIF's and call reviews? What area of Humana or region are you all in? The only thing we have heard in our area is going from salaried to hourly and changes in work flows.
I have been a nurse for over 20 years, worked in several hospitals, and been a manager. Seen many changes in hospitals. I have seen many employees walked out by security after a few minutes notice of being fired, as a Manager even was made to walk out someone I cared about on my unit after cuts, put me in tears. Warrensburg Hospital in Mo just walked out over 40 employees without notice. I am scared to, but last layoff everyone wanted a heads up for next one. Be careful what you wish for. I am also very scared for so many reasons about losing my job, won't disclose for family privacy. But know with any job anywhere this can happen. Bashing each other dosent help. Best of prayers for all of you all.
Still adds a lot more stress for us. We are the income generators.
@RCDMzY4-ggu The decisions have been made, it's not an overnight process. Call reviews this week don't have a thing to do with the RIF.
