For the love, does anyone know anything?!? Even If just to confirm emails will go out tonight, tomorrow or next week? Going stir crazy waiting and hard to believe if happening tonight that coaches dont know anything yet.

I was told yesterday evening that a HCM RN received a confidential email around 6:30 p yesterday!
During the last round the emails actually went out before 5pm. I think around 4:40. So this is making me think they are waiting until morning.

Maybe we should all call HR and ask them directly.
Do they not understand what they are doing to us? This is our livelihood! People stress binging, diarrhea, palpitations...just tell us when to expect this email so we can not be the edge of our seats

He coaches don’t always know either. Last go around a coach got an invited to the meeting satmthrough it all and
Left thinking she was invited to give support to her people who were Being let go. Took her a couple of hours to put it all together her a__ was going too

I can't focus either. Productivity has been in the toilet the past couple if weeks.

why the email in evening and meeting not till next day. That is horrid.....will sit and not be able to sleep wondering if golden child or cut at the knees...that is horrid. Why not just have meeting at end of day and give us the evening to recoup

My coach logged off earlier today without telling us anything or setting up coverage. Seems ominous
My team is tore up, my coach says "nothing she can share" and changes the subject. She's the greatest so i imagine they have threatened them. but ..... ridiculous to make us wait this long, have a heart Humana!

I'm very confused too. Coaches don't seem to know anything, or if they do they are being especially tight lipped about it. It's hard to believe they wouldn't be given advance warning.
