You need to continue to trust in your leaders.....they have ALL the answers. If you don’t believe it, just ask them.
Ask the employees of Sears, Kmart, Montgomery Ward, Blockbuster, Polaroid, Circut City....etc....oh yeah I forgot...they don’t exist anymore.
Maybe it’s time the existing leadership was shown the door and told....”It’s not personal, it’s only business”.

Management Speak and my responses:
"It's not personal, it's business." ... "Really? I'm the only one sitting in this chair, that makes it personal. And by the way, I'm a person, not a business."
"Quit being so defensive!" .... "Then YOU quit being so OFFensive----only way I'm defending myself is when you're attacking me."
"_, c'mon in, have a seat." ...... "No thank you. I'm comfortable standing. And anyway, why you want me sitting around in your office? Aren't you always yelling at me for all the work you don't think I'm getting done? You got something to say to me, walk with me through my area. Talk to me about it while I work."
How do you know when leadership is lying to you? Their lips are moving.
