I hear another round of layoff in Long Beach. Around 80 people are let go but heard that some non performing managers/Director are still there.

Are you sure it is done? Sounds like wishful thinking to me.
I was cut in this long beach round-admin staff and IT got hit for the third time since July 2017, at least its done now....
People who are making big bucks for doing nothing around for years are still lingering around and milking easy $$$ at Molina IT
About half the admins in IT. All summoned as a group and let go together. Their managers were not involved or aware.
Are all of these layoffs in Long Beach or are these affecting other Molina companies like Pathways?

Can we hear from Long Beach? Any rumors about other regions? Especially with the "new" system rolling out. One would think we would centralize our work, ex enrollment and Texas.
Who was let go this round? Was in in Long Beach? Anyone know?
There are still quite a few non-performing employees who should be let go. Hopefully new talent will fill in the gap.
No one is ever safe, no matter what you hear. Even the decision makers today could be out tomorrow.
Hopefully, I survived today, but I am already looking. I just cannot deal with this uncertainty any more.
