Any update on early release yet? I know it's still early, but surely there is an idea on a timeframe?

You would expect leadership to have a flawless system after the numerous layoffs and a quicker process for reteaming. They know who's left to reteam weeks before they let the affected know. It should be a quicker release this time. I love being a nurse. Caring and helping is what I do, but I don't care about completing surveys to assist Humana's agenda. I will not do anymore while I'm here. I will spend my time saying good bye to my members.
We had to work 3 weeks before they released us; I was laid off last November.
COMs have been impacted every time
It always takes at least a week to lay reteMing plans then roll out all the transfer packets etc

I got a message from one of the regional managers today who is doing clerical work for the lay off asking for some additional information from me. I have no idea if that is good news or not, or if it's irrelevant to when we get early release
You will not get out as fast this time as the others. There is a lot of work to do to reorganize.
I've heard of coms impacted. I don't know how many though

First I’ve heard of COMs being impacted this time. Does anyone know how many?
With as many coaches and coms that are impacted I can't imagine they would want to keep associates under those leaders very long. They wouldn't want the associates staying to be influenced by potentially disgruntled leaders. I'm willing to bet they are scrambling right now to get reteaming lists in place
We were told to fill out all of our timesheets from now until April 9th so that we won't have to worry about it when everyone else goes hourly. That implies they expect us to be released before then, probably very soon.
If they are going to hourly the first of march Then I am Betting on having all of you out the door that Friday before they go
