Do you have senior discounts there at Sears? I am not sure who to ask, nobody is picking up the phone in Alpharetta, GA on N Point Circle.

Not that I've ever heard.
What department is their checkout (or main checkout) in/next to? Choose that dept when you call. Should always be someone there so more likely to get someone to pick up.
If it's anything like mine, other departments may not have coverage at the moment or only one person there who is tied up and/or no where near enough to hear the phone.
There are so few associates on duty at any point in time now, and they have so many duties they have to keep up with, answering the phone often gets neglected.
we used to have senior days in our store - on tuesdays, it was 10% off - not any more
