why is mondlez keep hiring full timers and dsd logistics if they have a plan on leaving dsd? no one knows anything, if it happens it happens.

I've lost 3 FT merchandisers due to FEAR of exit from dsd, guess what that would be like after an announcement we are leaving dsd? And then ask yourself why the keep hiring, even full time? You cannot be that naive!! They already landed new jobs and wanted to get ahead of the curve! I've been interviewing and had an offer today! Easier to find a job when you have one.
