Looks like they’re going to lose the fight. They’ve struggled for a few years with different tactics that just don’t work. Going to be a lot of people screwed over pretty soon.

You’re right about being screwed over. When Chapter 11 finally happens that will mean a few more years of wage freezes. When they finally go under there will be no severance packages. Everyone get out when there is a chance!
