After being forced to make painful concessions on key NFC patents to satisfy EU regulators, is NXP still even worth what we offered?

Update it without knowing what they’re buying?
Chinese approval first, and knowledge of any stipulations they make before deciding the fair value, surely?
Why wouldn‘t Broadcom be able to take over Q? Q stock price won‘t be affected in a major way by the NXP merger.
And if NXP merger were still a goal of the board, then they had better submit an updated offer.
