What H1B restriction gonna do when companies target offshore expansion

Intel is currently going with a strategy of pairing high-cost site to work with low-cost site. Yes, you guessed it. High-cost sites like US currently have very limited or frozen hiring req while lost-cost site is hiring like crazy. This is Intel's way of giving the finger to H1B restriction.

@uko I agree. Let's do that. In less than 6 months, people will riot when the newest smartphones triple in price in the US. And the Trump voters will be in the front lines of those riots.

Also, it will be funny to see what happens when all those liberal arts majors in the US will try to innovate new technology because the US got cut off from the rest of the world intellectually. Perhaps then the Trump voters will realize that there simply is no untapped MINT talent left in the US.

perfect as expected. Trump administration should start imposing tariff on every bytes created in overseas being transferred to US. Tariff on overseas developed intellectual property.
