Word is out that Winners Circle celebrations for March are being cancelled... anyone know why? They haven’t even announced the winners yet so something must be up.

But then there's still the circle jerk winners circle. It should be cancelled.
If you look at the requirements in vzweb it mentions balanced scorecard. Has no mention to what that actually means though.
So you hit 165% but didn't make it cause of ARD? Was it like that in all regions? I hit like 124% and exceeded every kpi but my region hasn't announced yet..
They should just call it “Slammers Circle” You can all celebrate over how many customers you screwed over to line you selfish pockets.

ARD is such a scam. TAR is what pays you and is the only thing that should matter.
Pissed off South Central Rep- Same thing happened to me in the Great Lakes. Finished 165% YTD which was 2nd in my district and was left off. There were reps in my district that did 140% and made it with lower sales dollar attainment as well. I was told by my DM that they required you to exceed all scorecard targets YTD. Finished 2017 at 87 ARD on a 90 target.

South Central was announced today and about 185 reps won and somehow I was in the top 70 out of 2800 reps in the territory and my name got left off the list?!?!?! I averaged 170% to quota and Verizon doesn't even take me on a 1 day trip 🤣🤣🤣 I don't get this freaking company I bust my a-- every day selling these over priced devices and I get rewarded with sh*t
I won winners circle while working for rmcc back in 1998 and we got trips to bermuda. I was married but traveled single since my son was newborn at the time then as another worker did the same due to her husband having to work and so one night we got plastered at the outside ship bar and had a romp in the boat in my room afterwards. It was awkward working together after it as it was a one time experience. She got fired a few years afterward.
Never won it again after that LOL
