My coach has been showing obvious favoritism for a long time, so much so that I've considered reporting her to HR for it. I hesitated because I didn't want to face retaliation for doing so.
Now I'm impacted anyway. I couldn't win this trial no matter what I did. So my career with Humana was ruined based solely on the word of one woman with an attitude? I'm tempted to say that's not fair, but I know there are no guarantees of fairness in life.
All i can do is move on from this toxic environment, because i really don't want to work somewhere where one individual is given so much power over the livelihood of others, and can "lead" in such a terrible manner.
I'll be content with the knowledge that she was also impacted and that karma is a b--ch, as they say.
