I agree. No reason to give dead weight a package. Only a matter of time before the peake can’t afford to give those out either. Wouldn’t be the first time a company went through that cycle. Just the most recent. But hey, at least everyone got culture training. Be sure to include that on your resume. You’ll be an instant hire.

Predicting there will be no more severance packages. This is an at will state. No reason to give dead weight a severance package.

They showed up in our office with this unfreezing culture bs. We have work to do here and this is a complete waste of time and money. When the execs can’t come up with a job to do, come to the field offices to distract the real workers and spend millions with these stupid be here now stories.
