Negotiate severance

Any luck in negotiating for an improved severance package, like additional pay or health benefits?

You can try........and they can rescind so I'd be very careful with that.

Note: All of the agreements includes a clause that you can't disclose what is in the packages. The last thing an organization needs is someone saying I want the same package as Sam.

If you threaten legal action, that becomes your only option.

The best chance you can get us to threaten legal action during your exit interview.

Just remember they don't 'have' to pay any severance. What they offer is what you get.

LMAO .... but first I need to wipe the coffee I just spewed onto my screen. Really, the OP cannot possibly be an employee to have asked such a question.

You might be able to negotiate which door you leave through.

I'm sure you can negoiate a better severance package .... as long as you are willing and capable of spending 10-15 times what it's worth.

But the best part of the severance, you'll get paid to have a new outlook on life and a job with a real company .... instead of a trash bag full of boot-lickers.
