Yep Got it end of January.
I can't get into ADP anymore and e-mails to the HR address in the packet get an automated response from HR saying my message is ignored and i must use a form from the HR portal I can no longer access.

Mine was in ADP.
Received it in mail a couple weeks back. You could try reaching your HR rep from Oracle, he/she might help.
Nothing here. Can't access the adp site to download it either.
Got mine about 3 weeks ago by mail.
You can download it in SSA/EBS
