I personally prefer workers who can actually get work done to those who are "vibrant." Perhaps vibrant would be helpful at a rave?
Plus, the systems people I know are thankful to work. I am thankful every day I go into the office.

They want a workforce that is young, tech savvy and vibrant who are thankful to work. Not a bunch of over specialized and over process imbued whiners.
