Go to the verizonwireless workers rising Facebook page and you see comments almost daily from people saying “no thanks Union VZW is the best company ever”
What makes them the best company ever?
The always increasing always changing quota?
The broken commission system?
The constant layoffs and closings of stores or call centers?
The increasing workload without pay?
The ever increasing micro managing?
The crappy hours in retail?
Yeah such an amazing company
I left for a new position outside the company early this year. It's a breath of fresh air not being there. Every company has it's issues and politics but in Basking Ridge it was toxic and childish.
