Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

OracleCloud NY and FusionApps

Hurd and Kurian were gungho about fusion cloud at customer briefing sessions. Is there still hopes for FusionApps and Oracle Cloud ?

THIS: The stock will never hit $80, and LE, SC, MH know it. It’s just a distraction to help keep them from being replaced while they wait out the vesting of hundreds of millions in equity that have already been granted. None of them will still be here when the deadline hits.

SO RIGHT.

Just wait till this quarter's results are in. The kitchen and laundry rooms are HOT inside Oracle where' they are cooking the books and cloud washing the sales deals!

The $12B will bump the stock's price, but other than wishful thinking about exposed "cloud washing" bringing it down there are other real issues that will keep the stock from hitting $80.

1) A bear market. Stocks in general are overvalued and a major correction would bring everyone down

2) Mediocre quarterly results. The last two quarters haven't been stellar, no reason to believe that will change.

Zero chance of the stock going to $80! The cloud fraud will be exposed long before then!

Sell ?!!?? No way I am selling, I'm buying as much as I can. The top brass greedy bast*ds compensation depends on getting the stock price to $80. and they are doing everything they can think of to make that happen, using every smoke&mirrors cloudwashing class of hub trick they can pull out of their as, even if it means killing the company to get there. What do they care, if they make that goal they can all walk away mega-rich and live happily ever after.

The stock will get to $80., you can bet on it, and the day it does I will sell all of it because that day will officially mark the end of Oracle.

It is old news that The 3 Stooges + TK are screwing up the company, but worth repeating every day to create awareness of the insane things happening at oracle. Sell!

The cofounder of Salesforce refers to fusion as confusion.

Well, what else would you expect them do say/ do: they are working overtime to prop up the stock price while selling their oracle share as fast as they can! #oraclecloudwashing

MH the destroyer? Yes he says great things about technology and the sales team and then he destroys it by cutting costs. Cheaper parts and people until it dies. Here is an Article in 2012. Look what happened to Sun. Look what is happening to engineered systems like Exadata. Look how the sales drop because the sales team has been crippled, the developers outsourced to cheaper employees in other countries, the support replaced by sub standard people. Then look how the product itself dies.

http://www.oracle.com/us/corporate/profit/features/010312-mhurd-1917696.html

Hurd: Look at what’s happened with Oracle’s acquisition of Sun. Larry [Oracle CEO Larry Ellison] has taken a lot of personal interest in Sun. From that acquisition we’ve seen a new set of SPARC chips, a new version of Oracle Solaris, and the SPARC SuperCluster. It doesn’t mean there aren’t tons of engineers working on it. But he’s really driving that agenda.

Look at Oracle Fusion Applications, and now the manifestation of those into more than 100 real products in the marketplace. Look at what we’ve done with Oracle Exadata, Oracle Exalogic, and more engineered systems to come. It takes years to get a company to a level where it can kick out that sort of technological capability.

Now, it’s hard to build a sales force. It’s hard to build great distribution channels. It’s hard to get in position to take advantage of every customer opportunity that’s out there. But those are things you can control, much more than you can the product set. I think we’ve got a tremendously positioned product portfolio. We’ve just got to execute.

Amazing how everything he listed an praised in the article 6 years ago is dead or dying. So you think the fact that MH says something and pushes it to a customer means it will survive and flourish?
