Unfortunate reality

Why is TMO a threat...because they focus on new business instead of a ton of metrics.

Everyone else is a threat because of price. Ok so let’s push unlimited which is causing unfavorable network experiences and add on insurance so that bills are higher and then wonder why a consumer leaves. Not rocket science to see how sustaining that idea is.

Favoritism

No advancement

No work life balance

General ranking regardless of area and SWOT in that area. No regard at all...just deliver or you must s---.

Middle leadership positions are treated like garbage. Cater to front line and high level Directors and above never held accountable yet s--- the life out of all manager titles.

Retail attire - everyone looks ridiculous yet why isn’t the guy that changed up the look to begin with being held accountable for it.

Promote women yet we watch Marni leave because of being pushed aside by men. She was great.

Growing adds matters but not discussed as much as pushing the one time sale. Always a flavor of the month except for growing.

All areas Operate differently - I worked in one where growing in ports was seen as being the leader and now in an area where you get more love for selling speakers and pushing insurance.

Male to female ratio of high level leaders still way out of line.

Do women make less than men here

Everyone is jumping ship

Life after VZW

Year end performance appraisal process archaic

Leaders Spend more time getting Instagram followers than running business

Pay doesn’t match the stress and beat downs

Can’t keep this up and expect a great outcome.

We don’t stay small Mr credo

VZW is opening themselves up for union activity when people aren’t happy

Surveys- only a small percentage will tell truth for fear of retaliation.

Not sure big red truly cares for the employees like they claim.

OP, agree with most of what you said but there's one egregious error there - marni was great??? Um... Not too familiar with go90 huh? (Many other examples of her epic failures but that's by far the biggest/worst)

Come on the new retail attire is loved and enjoyed by everyone, and ail employees I talk to love it. All my store management shows great empathy and gives me motivation to do my best everyday! My Manager leads by example and takes 2 three day weekends a month. He also leads by working no late shifts and never works a Sunday. What a guy! I'm f jealous. He also continually tells me the art of slamming and gives me red koolaid to drink! Again a true leader.

T Mobile is better because they have better promotions, better pricing and much better customer service and here’s the thing VZW doesn’t get, its not 2007 your network isn’t the be all end all of networks. I’ve had T Mobile for several years never had a single problem. So why should i pay more for VZW?
