Several meetings took place both in person and via conference on a layoff schedule for HW. Managers were asked to rank employees in order of importance and then recommend who to let go in March and who in June. HD will absorb org in June. Trick here is that the entire list could be sooner than later, managers have no control GVPs in panic mode.
Also heard (second hand rumors) the same thing happened for Fusion Apps, mainly financials being impacted. Also heard BRM is not looked on favorably.
Walking papers prepped and ready. Only question is how many will be let go Thursday March 1st 2018. Good arguments were made for the need of each employee and managers stacked the deck as much as possible toward June.
