The management keeps using the fear management type that you could easily compare with some people from Germany used 80 years ago ... This is pathetic. Just a question of time before the investors will find this out.

The company can be very toxic but that’s an extreme take. If it’s that bad just quit.

That has to be the most dramatic post I've seen on here in a very long time. You are actually comparing the leadership of Honeywell to the "people" of Germany and the tactics they used some 80 years ago (I assume you mean the atrocities committed by the Nazis). Keep in mind the "people" of Germany some 80 years ago were probably as scared as you sound now.
I'm not sure what you expect from the leadership of this company except for fair compensation for the work that you perform. They (the leadership) do not owe you anything else ... not a comprehensive benefit package, not a 401k match, not a personal cell phone. If you dont care for your management, too bad. Become a manager and make it better. If you want anything else you should probably just move on. Perhaps getting a lucrative position in your local theatre company might be best.
