Folks I'm going to be very honest with you guys, Nabisco is playing a game. They are going to offer us noting when they announce DSD is done. I have 29 years with company and never felt so discouraged up until last year. DSD in likely hood is coming to a end sometime this year. This company is going to screw us and offer us noting. Kellogg's made the announcement 5 months before they ended dsd. Their folks got a good package. But I believe our company will offer us noting.

By law they have to offer severance if they're eliminating thousands of positions.
It may be lousy but they have to by law. Also 60 day's notice is required as well

Keebler is not getting back into dsd. Pathetic and sad that Mondelez managers have told employees that to make them feel safe in their jobs. Karma is get them in the end, always does! Dsd is ending, don’t be a fool and think otherwise!

Theres no way kelloggs would get back into DSD,their fleet was sold off,D.C. centers sold off,all the personel terminated.It would cost too much to even approach the market,thats why they bought Keebler in the first place,distribution system already in place.
No he didn't mention that but I overheard upper management tell a rep that at our rally meeting about Keebler hiring people back
